Congrats to Daniel on the recent win at the latest Boxing Victoria event held in Leongatha.
We missed to update on a few amateur boxing events recently but here is a brief run-through. These include the May event when Ri won her semifinal Victorian novice title fight and Giuls lost in the finals of the elite opens of Victorian Championships. Che and Ri won the finals of the novice Victorian Championships in July whereas Johnny took second place in the elite open division. Finally, we participated at Golden Gloves in QLD last August where Ri, Che and Giuls competed with Giuls and Ri taking home silver medals and Che lost in the semis via a narrow point decision after decisively winning the quarter-finals in his weight division.
